What do I do if I want to change by bundle?

What do I do if I want to request my Equifax code?

If you need to obtain your Equifax code to access your benefit, please email co-op.benefits@assurant.com, we will supply your code within 1 working day.


What do I do if I want to register my device?

You don't have to register your phone for cover before you make a claim, but it may help to simplify the process if you do.

You can register your phone by calling 0344 2499981*, this function will also be available online when the new website is live.

You will need to provide the mobile phone number, make, model and IMEI number of the handsets you are registering.
