Three has teamed up with Lifestyle Services Group Limited (LSG) to create Three Cover so you can have the comfort of knowing your device is insured worldwide for:

  • Theft
  • Loss (excluding laptops)
  • Damage
  • Breakdown (including faults)

We can also cover accessories (up to a combined value of £300 per claim) that were lost (excluding laptops), stolen or damaged at the same time as your device.

*Calls to 03 numbers are the same costs as a call to a standard "01" or "02" landline number, even when calling from a mobile. Calls to 03 numbers are also included in any bundled minutes or free talk time that covers landline calls. Calls may be recorded or monitored for Training/ Customer Services purposes and/or the prevention or detection of crime.

Making a claim

Here's what you need to do:

  1. If you discover your mobile phone, tablet or USB modem has been lost or stolen, you must call Three as soon as possible after discovery so that a block can be put on the SIM Card. This will stop anyone else from using it. For laptops, you will also need to contact Three to let them know what’s happened.

  2. Contact the Police as soon as possible after discovery to obtain a crime reference/loss property number. You'll only need to do this if your product has been lost (not applicable to laptops) or stolen.

  3. Register your claim with LSG within 28 days of discovering the incident. They’ll take down all the details and let you know what will happen next.
