Three has teamed up with Lifestyle Services Group Limited (LSG) to create Three Cover so you can have the comfort of knowing your device is insured worldwide for:

  • Theft
  • Loss (excluding laptops)
  • Damage (including liquid damage)
  • Electrical or mechanical breakdown

We can also cover accessories (up to a combined value of £300 per claim) that were lost (excluding laptops), stolen or damaged at the same time as your device.

Making a claim

Here's what you need to do:

  1. If you discover your mobile phone, tablet or USB modem has been lost or stolen, you must call Three within 24 hours of discovery so that a block can be put on the SIM Card. This will stop anyone else from using it. For laptops, you will also need to contact Three within 24 hours to let them know what’s happened.
  2. Contact the Police within 24 hours of discovery to obtain a crime reference/loss property number. You'll only need to do this if your product has been lost (not applicable to laptops), stolen or damaged maliciously.
  3. Register your claim with LSG within 48 hours of discovering the incident. They’ll take down all the details and let you know what will happen next. If you’re overseas you need to register your claim within the shorter of either 48 hours of returning to the UK or within 30 days of discovering the incident.
